Patio weather has arrived and Bosk has Toronto celebrating and it’s food and drinks are made for sharing! Bosk, the signature restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel has unveiled their stylish outdoor space with a natural palette and earthy feel by the placements of Japanese maples and greenery. The layout of he fire pits dividing the space provides an added look and feel of both warmth and relaxation.
We joined Bosk to celebrate it’s patio opening where they unveiled the newest menu additions designed by executive chef Damon Campbell and beverages to match. The Bosk Patio Tower which will be available to order for $22 per person includes Bosk Sliders, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Pork Lettuce Wraps, Daily Market Oysters and Tuna Sashimi. Along side of these food items, off the menu, my favorites which can be enjoyed is the artisanal Cheese Plate and Crispy Calamari with a chili, cilantro, lime and sumac yogurt drizzle. Three seasonal and specially created sangria are available by the pitcher, of red, white and rose at $39.
Our personal favourites were the sangria rose and food wise, we couldn’t go wrong with any of them, the daily market oysters were all fresh and creamy, and the sliders were a juicy treat.
The patio menu is available until 30 September 2016 from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm daily.
