On the last Wednesday of February, I had a delightful opportunity to discover the Royal Ontario Museum before it opened to the public for the day. For the third ever session of #EmptyROM, myself and a bunch of other ROM-lovers had a chance to wander the grounds and snap away, all so easily, with no scragglers casting a figure in our #EmptyROM pictures.

ROM welcomes guests through their blog to sign up to be onboard the tour with 10 spots available, keep your eye out for the next #EmptyROM call! Their very first #EmptyROM was held in August 2015, taking inspiration from the very gorgeous #EmptyMET, so I was only absolutely thrilled to be apart of ROM’s third and recent one.

The Fridays of my childhood were spent in these hallways, and it’s always so wonderful to be returning every so often either for afternoon strolls with a friend or spending the evenings dancing the night away with the same dinosaurs during #ROMFNL. Every visit to the ROM brings new images reflecting the wondrous sights I discover.

At the end of the tour, each attendee was provided with a goodie bag, my first love was the darling dinosaur figurine (the hard-head dinosaur – pachycephalosaurus), two passes for a friend to join me on my ROM explorations, a chocolate bar and… a ROM Membership. Actually! A ROM Membership! I can’t wait for all of the more discoveries and captures.

ROM does it, they keep social on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, check out their pages here. Thank you to Ryan Dodge & Lexie Buchanan for hosting the tour and a big thank you to Jesika Arseneau for inviting me in to explore the Dinosaur Gallery during #EmptyROM.
