Hot pot (or da bean lo 🥺) is among the top foods that I miss enjoying for dine in. 🍲🥢 // My fave part is making the DIP (always lots of raw garlic & egg 🥚).
A dinner with no decisions, but better by having ALL courses bourbon-infused. 🥃🥃 Literally, from a bourbon glazed chicken main, to salted caramel chocolates. And ready-made cocktails. Way to woo me. @woodfordreserve 💛

#recipe 👇 What’s cheesier than mac & cheese sandwiched into a freshly baked biscuit. 🧀🥖🥰 // The flavour combination of aged cheddar & garlic in these biscuits, is delicious! This mac & cheese recipe is a perfect base. Add some spice (chili flakes, jalapeno), or veggies for a pop of colour! 🔖 Bookmark for later.
Plantains are a must for our Jamaican fix. 🍌👌 @rotivybz // Fixed myself a plate of classics— here's some very tender oxtail over rice & peas 🤤 SO GOOD. I'm glad that I made an instinctively order of roti to scoop it all up as well! 🦐 A new dish for me was the curry shrimp— it was so addictive, full of flavour, with a light spice. The jerk chicken is another staples item from the menu that's full of spices (but I loved the oxtail way more 🤫). All orders come with a side salad of: macaroni, coleslaw & potato.
